THE 2007 Philippines World Pool Championship will feature 128 players. Below is a list of 125 players and how each of them qualifed. Nine players will qualify by performing well in qualifying tournaments in the week before the main competition. This figure will rise if more players withdraw from the main competition.
Players could qualify by winning certain events, being ranked highly in national rankings, good performance in recent World Pool Championships or by being given a wildcard by the promoters Matchroom Sport.
The guidelines have been agreed by the WPA and the rankings are as they were at agreed cut-off dates.

Ranked 29-50 in EPBF (unique country) - Matchroom Sport agreed with the EPBF to take five players ranked between 29-50 from countries where no one had already qualified by coming in the top 28 of the Euro Tour rankings or being winners or runners-up of recent events.
