THE 2007 Holsten Premier League Darts has made a fantastic start with huge sell-out crowds attending each of the venues.
This competition has established itself as one of the most prestigious in the darts calendar and each of the eight players are trying their hardest to scoop the glory.
Phil Taylor (pictured with the trophy) is the reigning champion but faces a tough task to defend his title against some of the biggest stars in the sport.
World Champion Raymond van Barneveld has made a bright start, while Dennis Priestley, who is the oldest player in the tournament, sat at the top of the table after the opening three rounds.
However, there is still a long way to go and the other players - Peter Manley, Colin Lloyd, Roland Scholten, Terry Jenkins and Adrian Lewis - will all be confident of claiming a top four place that will take them into the end of season play-offs.
Over 90 per cent of tickets for the tournament have now been sold. Click here
