Lonsdale makes it 3 in a row with Prizefighter - 11/10/2010
Lonsdale, the UK’s leading performance boxing and apparel brand is to continue its relationship with the Prizefighter boxing series, which it has supported from series 1, by agreeing to sponsor the third series of Prizefighter which will include 6 shows running from October 2010 through to July 2011 and is being televised live on Sky Sports.
The boxers participating in Prizefighter will compete in Lonsdale gloves, and further Lonsdale branding will be incorporated in and around the ring.
The Series 2 Heavyweight division was won by AUDLEY HARRISON who managed to bring his boxing career back to life after the win. Former Olympic Games gold medalist Harrison claimed the Prizefighter trophy with a second round knockout of Irishman Coleman Barrett in the final. Prizefighter Series 3 promises to be just as exciting and entertaining and an absolute must for those watching out for emerging talent.
